Clean Team: Our Policies



Refunds
Since cleaning is a very personalized and subjective service, we cannot offer refunds to customers. However, we want you to be 100% satisfied with our Company. Please see our 24-hour guarantee if you are dissatisfied with your cleaning. There are no refunds for gift certificate purchases.

Pets

We take pride in being a pet-friendly service and take special care in making your pet feel comfortable during our cleaning process; however, we do need to make sure that our safety is addressed. Please secure all pets during our service. Please make sure, however, that we still can access all necessary rooms in order to do the scheduled work. We do not clean animal or human feces, urine, vomit or other biohazards. This includes feline litter boxes and dog kennels.

Keys
You can provide us with a key that will be labeled with a unique client ID number and locked away for safety when not in use.

Access
If you have an alarm system, please be sure that it is turned off before we enter your home. We encourage all of our clients to issue us a key or be present when the service starts. If you choose not to issue us a key you can leave a key with a neighbor or doorman for us to pick up, after which we will return when we have finished our service.

Safety
For safety reasons, we do not move anything weighing more than 25 lbs. If you wish us to clean behind anything heavy such as a couch or refrigerator, please move it prior to service to allow us access to that area. For our safety, all firearms in a client's home must be stored and locked.

Payment
Since we do no billing, we appreciate full payment on the day of the cleaning. Please, leave your check or cash on the kitchen counter or table. A $25.00 fee applies to all returned checks.

Schedule Change
Should you need to change your schedule, we would appreciate it if you let us know at least 48 hrs. prior to the scheduled cleaning day. We work hard to make sure we allow the time necessary for your team to service your home. If we receive less notice than requested or if upon arrival we cannot gain entry to your home, you may be charged a service fee to cover expenses.

Satisfaction Guaranteed!
It is our goal to make sure you are satisfied with quality of service you have received. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please feel free to call or e-mail our office staff to discuss your concerns at any time. However, we do need to be aware of any problems within 24 hours following to the cleaning to honor you satisfaction guarantee. We also appreciate passing along any compliments you may have about our service to your team.

Add-on Services
Additional tasks need to be requested in advance. We are happy to provide you with additional services (i.e. cleaning the inside of the oven/refrigerator/ deep cleaning, move in/move out. . .) Additional tasks need to be requested in advance, so that we can schedule any additional time and supplies needed. Additional fees are incurred when additional services are needed.
